- Buffer inventory held at origin, in third-party warehouses near the factory, and released in smaller, more frequent shipments
- Buy-back guarantee on agreed SKUs: slow-moving goods are repurchased into our inventory at pre-agreed terms
- Managed liquidation of overstock through secondary channels and other markets, with recovery proceeds credited to your account
- Rework, re-labeling and re-allocation of aged stock; monthly inventory position and aging reports across all SKUs we hold for you
